The Gift Card is accepted by all Centrale and Whitgift Centre retailers and restaurants using MasterCard's payment system. For a full list of participating retailers, see below.

You can load any value onto the card from £5 to £100*. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will be deducted once the card reaches its expiry date, 12 months after date of purchase. You can find the date of purchase on the reverse of the Gift Card or by calling Customer Services on 0121 260 2849.

When using your Gift Card, the remaining balance on your card will be printed at the bottom of the store receipt in place of the usual authorisation code. For example a remaining balance of £12.85 will be shown as 012X85 or 001285. You can check the balance of your Gift Card at any time by calling Customer Services on 0121 260 2849, visiting the Whitgift Centre Visitor Information Point, or at www.croydongiftcard.com (Please input the 16 digit card number and 6 digit Security Number on the bottom of the card)

*Purchases over £100 can only be purchased online here, from the Whitgift Visitor Information Point or Centrale Management Suite. The purchase can be made by Credit/Debit Cards and must be accompanied by one of the following proofs of ID; Passport, Driving Licence, Utility Bill (within the last 3 months.)

Give your friends, family and colleagues the ultimate freedom to choose something they truly desire. The Centrale and Whitgift Gift List is the perfect solution for people to contribute to a Gift Card that you can then use within the stores at Centrale and Whitgift.

Whether it’s for a birthday, Christening, wedding, retirement, Christmas or other special occasion, you can set up a Gift List page and share with family, friends or colleagues who can then make a monetary contribution. You will be able to view all of the people who have contributed to your Gift List and when the big day arrives, you can then close your list and come in Centre to collect your loaded gift card. It’s that simple.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
