How do I register to become a Weenies Kids’ Club Member?
You can register to become a Weenies Kids’ Club Member in person at the Visitor Information Point in Whitgift shopping centre, completely FREE of charge. 

You will receive a membership card with a unique membership number and a lanyard to keep it safe. It is very important to keep your card safe in order to participate in Weenies Kids’ Club events. Your card also entitles you to benefit from the fantastic exclusive Weenies Kids' Club discounts and promotions available throughout the year.

What are the age restrictions to become a Weenies Kids’ Club member?
From 3-10 years old inclusive.

How much does it cost to become a Weenies Kids’ Club Member?
Registering as a Weenies Kids’ Club Member is completely FREE of charge.

Can I sign up my friends?
Everyone between the ages 3-10 inclusive are welcome to join the Weenies Kids’ Club, however all children must be registered by their own parents/guardians. Ask them to visit the Visitor Information Point in Whitgift to sign up.

What do I have to pay for?
All the events and activities are completely FREE of charge. However, if you lose your membership card, a new one will be issued to you at a cost of £3.00 per card. Additionally, to ensure all spaces are fully utilised, there will be a £5.00 administrative charge per Member if you have a confirmed registration per event and subsequently fail to attend or cancel before the Session commences.  This charge applies to all events.

How do I participate in the Weenies Kids’ Club events?
Only Members of the Weenies Kids’ Club can participate in Weenies Kids' Club events. Once you have registered as a Member, please pre-book a time slot at Weenies Kids' Club events in order to guarantee a place. You can do this up to 2 weeks in advance by booking online www.centraleandwhitgift.co.uk/weenies or 1 week in advance by either calling us on 0208 688 1358 or by visiting the Visitor Information Point in Whitgift shopping centre (subject to availability.) Please ensure you have your membership card and a pen at hand when booking as you will be given a unique booking reference number at the time of booking and will need to bring both this and your membership card with you when arriving at the event.

What happens if I forget to bring my membership card?
To avoid disappointment it is essential that you remember to bring your Weenies Kids' Club membership card with you to all the events.  Unfortunately, even if you have pre-booked a Session, if you do not have your membership card with you upon arrival, you may be refused entry.

What time do I need to arrive to join in the SCHOOL HOLIDAY events and where are they held?
Events taking place during SCHOOL HOLIDAYS are held in Whitgift Square on level 1 by Starbucks. 
You can choose to pre-book one of the four Sessions available per day. To avoid disappointment it is important to arrive promptly for the Session you have a confirmed reservation for as participation in all activities on offer cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals and booking can’t be carried over to another Session. Bookings for Members arriving more than 20mins late may be given to another Member. To minimise disruption, unfortunately we will not be able to allow entry to the event to any Member arriving more than 20mins late.

What time do I need to arrive to join in the WEEKEND events and where are they held?
Events taking place on SUNDAYS are held in the dedicated Weenies Kids' Club unit which is located on level 2 by M&S.
You can choose to pre-book one of the available Sessions per day. To avoid disappointment it is important to arrive promptly for the Session you have a confirmed reservation for, as entry to events will not be permitted for late arrivals and bookings can’t be carried over to another Session. To minimise disruption, unfortunately we will not be able to allow entry to the event to any Member arriving more than 10mins late.

Can I book for more than one child?
You can book in a maximum of 6 children, as long as they are all registered as Members of Weenies Kids’ Club and you have their membership cards when booking and attending events.

Can I film or take pictures at Weenies Kids' Club events?                          
Unfortunately we do not permit any photography or filming during Weenies Kids' Club events. However our event staff are on hand to take selective photographs.  

Can I leave my children at Weenies Kids’ Club all day?
Due to the popularity of Weenies Kids’ Club events we are unable to accommodate every Member all day long. To ensure fairness and to allow as many Members as possible to join in the fun, you may only book one day per event and only one Session per day. We do NOT have the facilities or the staff to supervise the children during Weenies Kids’ Club events, therefore it is essential that children are accompanied and supervised at ALL times by a parent/guardian. Weenies Kids’ Club staff will refuse entry to all unaccompanied children. Centrale and Whitgift shopping centres also reserve the right to refuse entry to, or, to remove any Weenies Kids' Club Members who behave in an inappropriate or anti-social manner within the event area.

What do I do if I lose my membership card?
You may obtain a new Weenies Kids' Club membership card by visiting the Visitor Information Point in Whitgift shopping centre. A new card will be issued to you at a cost of £3.00.

Can siblings join in too?
Unfortunately, younger or older brothers and sisters will not be able to participate as Weenies Kids’ Club events are strictly for Weenies Kids' Club Members aged 3-10 years.

When is the next event and how often are they?
Weenies Kids’ Club events take place on selected weekdays during each school holiday and on selected Sundays throughout the year. Keep an eye out for forthcoming event information from Weenies e-mails, the Weenies Facebook page, our dedicated Weenies page www.centraleandwhitgift.co.uk/weenies or the Weenies Walls (located on Level 3 next to the baby changing room and level 1 next to M&S).

Can I bring my buggy?
You can bring a buggy to the Weenies Kids’ Club events and leave it in the dedicated Buggy Park. All buggies are left at the owners’ risk and Centrale and Whitgift shopping centres cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to the buggies or their contents. 

Can we eat our lunch during the event?
No food is to be consumed within the event area.

Who is the club run by?
The Weenies Kids’ Club is brought to you FREE of charge by Centrale and Whitgift shopping centres.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, Centrale and Whitgift shopping centres hold Public Liability Insurance to cover Weenies Kids' Club events.

What do I do if I need to change my details?
It is easy to change your details if you move house, change your e-mail address or telephone number. Simply pop along to the Visitor Information Point in Whitgift or email infodesk@thewhitgiftcroydon.co.uk or call Weenies Kids' Club on 0208 688 1358 with your new details and we will do the rest. It is important to remember to have your membership card with you when you do this, so we can quickly access your details.

I have booked for the event, but am unable to attend, what should I do?
Please ensure you contact us via phone on 0208 688 1358 or email us on infodesk@thewhitgiftcroydon.co.uk ASAP. Our events are usually fully booked, so please do not let your allocated space go to waste. Failure to contact us beforehand will result in a £5.00 administrative charge per Member, payable before any further advance bookings can be accepted for future events.

How do I cancel my child’s booked Session?
You can cancel the booked Session either in person at the Visitor Information Point in Whitgift, by emailing infodesk@thewhitgiftcroydon.co.uk or by calling us on 0208 688 1358.

Weenies Kids' Club event days are very busy days for us so please leave us a clear voicemail message if we are unable to answer the phone straight away stating the Member’s name and membership number, together with your telephone number and the time and date you wish to cancel.

You will be given a cancellation reference number which you should keep safe in case of any future queries as cancellations cannot be confirmed without them.

Unfortunately if you are unable to cancel your Session(s), BEFORE the start of the Session then they will have gone to waste and a £5.00 administrative charge per child will be payable in cash at the Visitor Information Point in Whitgift before any future advance bookings can be accepted.

What do I do if we’re running late?
Please arrive in good time for your booked Session to avoid disappointment. To minimize disruption, entry cannot be permitted under any circumstances to anyone arriving after the cut-off time (20mins after the Session commences for school holidays or 10 mins for weekend events) so we would ask that you please allow plenty of time for your journey. Please note that missed bookings cannot be carried over to another time slot.

What happens when a Weenies Member turn 11?
The Weenies Kids' Club membership will automatically expire. With great demand for membership registration to the Weenies Kids’ Club, we have to have a cut-off date at some point.
